Warranty Policy
Custom lights come with a 6 month parts and labor warranty that starts on the day the lights are shipped to the customer. Braggin Lightz llc is not responsible for any costs associated with install, uninstall, or shipping costs to us in the event of any issues.
All Flashtech products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty is subject to product failure under normal operating conditions and is only valid with the original purchase order number. Warranty does not cover improper installation or failure due to water exposure. If product failure occurs under normal operating conditions, the product can be sent in to be repaired or replaced.
If a product is defective on arrival (DOA), customer has 14 days to notify Braggin Lightz at which point a return shipping label will be provided. If product failure occurs after 14 days, customer will be responsible for return shipping.
If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by Braggin Lightz. If the product is sent back and deemed to be in working condition, customer will be responsible for any further shipping costs.

Our Return Policy
Refunds issued in the following manner:
- Unopened – 20% restocking fee
- Opened, but non-installed – 20% restocking fee
- Opened, partially installed – Contact Us for Details
- Opened, completely installed - Will not be accepted
*Custom built products such as Halos installed into new headlights, fog lights, or any other custom built or assembled merchandise can not be returned for refund under any circumstance.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your item. Merchandise returned within 30 days will be issued a store credit. All items must be unused and fully intact to receive a refund or exchange. Your return will be processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. Original shipping is not refunded and all items returned for a refund are subject to a restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
All items needs to be authorized before being sent back. Please open a ticket if a return is needed and provide all information including your invoice number and reason for the return. If a shipment is missing any parts, the customer must notify Flashtech no later than 5 business days from date of delivery. All customer are responsible for replacing any missing parts after 5 days.
A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF DAMAGED PARTS
When packages appear damaged on arrival, take pictures of the container before opening the package. If you discover a damaged part after opening the package, please notify the carrier immediately. Flashtech provides properly packaged contents at the time of carrier pickup. Insurance is not placed on any orders unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Flashtech is not responsible for broken shipments where insurance is not requested. Please contact us if you wish to add insurance to your order.

How do I return an order?
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your item. Merchandise returned within 30 days will be issued a store credit. RETURN PROCEDURES:
You need to include a copy of your original invoice that is sent with each order. If you don't have your original packing slip, you can log into your Flashtechusa.com account and print out a new copy. All Ebay orders can choose between the original packing slip or copy of invoice provided by ebay.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are typically done on Thursdays of each week.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Information
Before shipping anything out. Please make sure to print and fill out the RMA form. This form allows us to properly process your return or warranty. It is important that this form is filled out completely and put inside your package when shipping back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Braggin Lightz is not liable for any damage that may occur when shipping an item to us and for this reason we recommend adding insurance to your package. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
